Bailee Kloiber
I’m Bailee Kloiber and I am the D.A.R.E. Youth Representative for the great state of Texas. I am a junior at Littlefield High School and I’m involved in tennis, 4-H, and I’m the varsity cheer captain.
D.A.R.E. has been a part of my life since second grade. In fifth grade, I was one of three chosen to read my D.A.R.E. essay. I wrote about why I wanted to be drug and violence free. My reasons are still the same today: to be successful, to be a good role model, and to have a clear mind to make good choices.
As a member of the Youth Advisory Board, I will gain the opportunity to reach out to others about being drug and violence free. This honor will be satisfying --knowing that I have the ability and support to make a difference.
I want to help kids have self confidence and the courage to stand up to peer pressure. I look forward to my first year of being a YAB member. I’m positive these next two years will be a blast!
