Charles Bowker

Hello!  My name is Charles Bowker.  I am the D.A.R.E. Youth Advisory representative for the State of Utah.  I am a junior at Northridge high school at Layton, and have been the state rep for 2 years.  I am an avid outdoorsman and Boy Scout, and try to motive for positive change in my community.

I believe that without D.A.R.E. in our youth’s lives, we will leave this generation without many powerful tools to ward off the dangers of drugs and violence.  I am an advocate for the right to choose what you do in your life, and try always to live my life to set a good example on how to be.

Drugs and violence are problems that cannot be ignored and I will not ignore them so long as I draw breath. 

I am Charles Bowker, and I choose to be drug and violence free.
