Nicholson gets DARE program Picayune Item - December 2008
DARE OFFICER — Sgt. Ishmael Quiroz talks with a student at Nicholson Elementary. He has years of experience with children during his law enforcement career and will turn that experience to provide the school’s DARE program. Children will learn the reasons why they should say no to drugs and how to make good life decisions.
