    Thelea's statement:

When I was younger I was able to try anything I wanted to, whether I was good at it or not, still I would try. I would did all kinds of crazy, weird and just plain silly things, from riding bikes without brakes down steep hills to gardening in a bathing suit.

As I grow into a young adult I try to live in a way that keeps me and my family happy, playing board games and looking to each other in times of trouble we continue to weave ourselves closer together. Looking back I realize the time spent on ballet and Tae Kwon Do built a strong foundation which helped later in the two seasons of football. When we moved to Alaska in fifth grade I played football on an all boys team for two seasons and was encouraged strongly to continue by my mom. She has been a very influential person though all of my triumphs and the fair amount of failures. Being on the honor roll since the fifth grade has motivated me to succeed in all areas of my school career, trying new things has helped me get a feel as to where I would like to see myself in the future. Runway modeling was a great confidence building experience, very hectic and tons of fun; being co-pilot in a helicopter multiple times has been a more than a pleasure! Although I would do it again I feel as though there are plenty more opportunities to explore. Managing soccer, wrestling, and basketball in middle school was a great way to see what the career of a secretary was like in a sportier atmosphere. Being a part of Youth Court has impacted me in a way that I cannot describe; being able to help people in their young lives has been one of my favorite and impacting experiences.

As I am still growing as a person I find interest in traveling, sailing, and painting, these are three things I have found that always bring something new to the table and so far never disappoint. While continuing my journey through life I plan to get myself into an officially recognized college working towards a doctoral degree in law or geology.
