7th Annual DARE Skate Night

On Saturday, May 5th 2012 the Raleigh and Wake Forest North Carolina Police Department DARE Units held their 7th Annual DARE Skate Night. Over 500 DARE Students, Friends and Parents attended this annual "Proud to be Drug Free" Event which is held at Jellybeans Super Skate Center in North Raleigh. This year the Blue Knights, which is the largest Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club in the world, local NC II Chapter donated the money to purchase Four Mountain Bikes to be given away in our free raffle. Four very excited DARE Students rolled out on brand new bikes truly making this a night they will never forget!
On Thursday April 12, the Raleigh NC Police Department held its 3rd Annual DARE Night at Chick-fil-a.
Hundreds of DARE Students and Parents came out and enjoyed meeting the RPD DARE Unit, Bomb Squad, Mounted Patrol, Motorcycle Unit and Bicycle Patrol Officers along with some great food and prize giveaways.
