Family-friendly Halloween events in the St. Louis-area

The Missouri DARE Training Center in Jefferson City, Missouri hosted government officials from the Republic of Uzbekistan at the request of DARE International Deputy Director Mike Kuhlman.

These officials spent the week working closely with the Missouri Training Team during the first week of DOT training. At the end of the week the Uzbekistan officials returned home excited about DARE and shared with us how they thought DARE would work in their schools.

My name is Jennifer Rubin and I am the D.A.R.E. Youth Representative for the state of Missouri. I am currently a sophomore in high school and I hope to be a Sports Broadcaster when I grow up. I am the catcher on my Softball team and I am a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan!
