News DARE Officer Jeff Hughes throws out first pitch Times Record News - June 1, 2008
Wichita Falls Police Department DARE Officer and TDOA Vice-President Jeff Hughes throws out the 1st pitch at the Texas Rangers baseball game on June 1, 2008, at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Officer Hughes was chosen for his dedication to the DARE program and his commitment to today's youth. Officer Hughes also coaches a YMCA youth baseball team who were on hand to cheer and be a part of the awesome day.
