Greetings from Kodiak Alaska! Im Officer Berry Spivey from the US Coast Guard Military Police Stationed in Kodiak. Our Military Police are unlike any other MP's, we go to the same academy's as regular Police Officer's and dress the exactly the same way (no camouflage).

And to top it off, I had the distinguished pleasure of attending the D.A.R.E. Officer instructor school in Anchorage and serve as D.A.R.E. officer for our Elementary school here on Base.

We seem to have it all except... a D.A.R.E. vehicle. Well, if you look closely at the pictures you will see that the Peterson Elementary 5th graders took care of that. They created probably the most colorful D.A.R.E. vehicle possible. Oh yeah, we also had a lot of fun.

We look forward to our D.A.R.E. graduation on May 20th with much excitement. We would also like to put a shout-out to all the D.A.R.E.
