John Lindsay

Vice President of Development

Mr. Lindsay brings to D.A.R.E. America a varied and exciting background. John served as a detective with the Palo Alto Police Department, Palo Alto California. The Palo Alto PD is noted as a progressive community-oriented police department. John left the Palo Alto Police Department upon being selected as a Harvard-Pickett Fellow.

Upon completion of this program at Harvard University, Mr. Lindsay served as Staff Director, Office of National Drug Control Policy and as Assistant City Manager/Chief of Staff City of Miami, Florida. John's most recent endeavor has been John F. Lindsay and Associates, an organization devoted to developing business strategies of e-commerce and private sector interests.

John has been conferred with a Bachelor of Arts-Political Science, University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Arts-Public Administration, Harvard University.
