D.A.R.E. keepin' it REAL Elementary Curriculum

The new D.A.R.E. keepin' it REAL (kiR) elementary curriculum (http://www.dare.com/home/Resources/documents/EkiR-brief-for-website.pdf) is ready for implementation. Required training has begun and will soon be offered by D.A.R.E. State Training Centers.

The 2012 D.A.R.E. International Training Conference (http://dare.org/Officers/Atlanta_Conference.asp) offers an outstanding opportunity to complete the training required for certification to deliver the new curriculum. Orders for D.A.R.E. kiR elementary student planners will be fulfilled only to agencies for which D.A.R.E. America records reflect officers having completed required certification training.

D.A.R.E. programs have until June 30, 2013, to complete conversion to the new D.A.R.E. kiR elementary curriculum. As previously published, agencies requiring additional classroom materials until transition to the new D.A.R.E. kiR curriculum is accomplished, must order those materials no later than May 18, 2012.
