New Jersey, Inc. can continue to operate as a D.A.R.E. organization will be decided by binding arbitration. Until the arbitration is completed, D.A.R.E. New Jersey can maintain its status as a D.A.R.E. organization. We hope to complete the arbitration as quickly as possible.
