darecatalog.com is D.A.R.E. America's Sole Licensed Vendor

In February 2012 EDH, LLC (doing business as Tee's Plus) delivered the surprise announcement of their ceasing business. The closure of Tee's Plus constituted a violation of their contract with D.A.R.E. America, resulting in termination of the agreement. The agreement with Tee's Plus was non-assignable and non-transferable. As of Tee's Plus closure, darecatalog.com is D.A.R.E. America's sole authorized licensed vendor.

We have been advised that some recipients of written and verbal representations from an organization identified as Tee's Plus, a Red Rocket Company, have inferred this organization is a D.A.R.E. America licensed vendor. Please be advised, Tee's Plus, a Red Rocket Company, and their web site daregear.com, is not a D.A.R.E. America licensed vendor. Tee's Plus, a Red Rocket Company, is not authorized to produce, offer for sale, sell or distribute any materials bearing the D.A.R.E. logo or family or marks.
