The Official DARE Safety Buddy RETRO BILL spoke to thousands of League City DARE Students while on tour in Texas. Pictured (L. to R.) The students who performed at the "Beyond the Bell Lights On After-school event" were all D.A.R.E. Dance scholarship students from Carthay Elementary Schools.
