2011 Monitoring the Future Statistics The 2011 "Monitoring the Future" survey's latest percentages to be used with the D.A.R.E. elementary and middle school lessons: Use in the Last 30 Days by Eighth Graders
Tobacco 6% Alcohol 13% Marijuana 7% Hallucinogens 1% Inhalants 3%
The Monitoring the Future study is an annual survey of the behaviors, attitudes, and values of American secondary school students, college students, and young adults. Each year, a total of some 50,000 8th, 10th and 12th grade students are surveyed. |
